U.S. Shipping:

  • U.S. Orders are Shipped USPS Priority Mail or 1st Class (2-3 Business Day Delivery Time)
  • Orders Placed Before 1 Pm Will Be Shipped the Same Day
  • Free Shipping on Orders over $99

 

Local Pickups:

  • Local Pickups are only available in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Address: 2501 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257
  • Same Day Pickup Available: Orders usually ready within 4 hours of placing order

 

International Shipping:

International Shipping costs will vary depending on shipping address and weight.

The Lash Professional is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Please be aware that if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If in the unlikely event you received a defective product, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable or exchangeable.

If you are dissatisfied with your unopened and unused product and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for an exchange or a refund minus the restocking fee. The restocking fee is 20% of the paid price. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The Lash Professional is not responsible for shipping costs.

 

Lost OR Stolen Orders:

The Lash Professional is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send a tracking number to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our headquarters, we are not liable for your package.

If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient at the business in your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. The Lash Professional will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
