We believe that when you take care of your tribe, they will take care of you. So, we want to ship all U.S orders for FREE. No hassle, no fine print, no minimum dollar amount required. We want your products to arrive in perfect condition as quickly and as safely as possible. That’s why your orders are our top priority.

Free US Shipping:

  • U.S. orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3-day delivery time).
  • 1-2 day express shipping is available for a fee per request.
  • Orders placed online or over the telephone before 3 pm will be shipped the same day.
  • Once orders are placed, recipients will receive a confirmation email.

Local pickups are only available in the Phoenix area. The lash product pickups are at The Lash and Sugar Company salons that are located in Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale Arizona.  When placing your lash order, please specify the location. Orders will be delivered to The Lash and Sugar Company salons on Monday’s and Fridays by 3pm. To ensure your order is ready for pickup we suggest you place your order at least one day before you need products.

International Shipping:

International Shipping costs will vary depending on shipping address.

The Lash Professional us not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delievery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Please be aware that if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
